Das erwartet dich:
Du wohnst zusammen mit Katharina (Psychologin, 26) und Noah (Arzt, 26). Wir sind beide liebe, gesellige und herzliche Menschen. Neben unserer Arbeit vertreiben wir uns gerne die Zeit mit kreativen Tätigkeiten, Kochen und Backen, das Stöbern auf Berliner Flohmärkten, Klavier spielen, Malen, Reisen und durchtanzten Nächten auf Festivals.
Wir suchen jemanden, der das Zimmer für den gesamten Zeitraum von 4 Monaten untermietet.
Eine Verlängerung oder Übernahme des Zimmers nach Ablauf der Mietzeit ist nicht möglich.

I am renting out my room in a shared apartment (WG) in the beautiful Kaskelkiez for 4 months (01.12.–30.03.).
What the apartment offers:
• Renovated old building
• 24 m² room and additional separate office/workroom
• Fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub
• Fully furnished
• Important: Registration is not possible
You will be living with Katharina (26) and Noah (26). We are both sociable and warm-hearted people looking for someone who is similarly open and friendly. Noah works as a doctor, and Katharina as a psychologist. In our free time, we enjoy creative activities, cooking and baking, browsing Berlin's flea markets, traveling, and dancing at festivals.
We are looking for someone to sublet the room for the entire 4-month period.
Extension or takeover of the room after the rental period is not possible.
