Erlanger Strasse está junto al Neukölln Arcaden en una calle de un solo sentido, lo que significa que es relativamente tranquilo. Usted tiene Lidl, Kaufland, Edeka, y un par de bancos y gimnasios a la vuelta de la esquina, así como un cine teatro, DM, etc. en el Arcaden.

Hay muchos restaurantes, bares y parques a poca distancia de aquí! Hasenheide está a unos 700 metros de distancia, Tempelhof y Maybachufer un poco más lejos, a 1,5 km de distancia.

Tendrás acceso al U7 justo a la vuelta de la esquina y al U8 (Boddin Strasse), a 500 Mts. También hay varias líneas de autobús en las inmediaciones (M43, 194, M29, M41...).

Erlanger Strasse is next to the Neukölln Arcaden on a one-way street, which means it is relatively quiet. You have Lidl, Kaufland, Edeka, and a couple of banks and gyms just around the corner, as well as a movie theater, DM, etc.. in the Arcaden.

There are lots of restaurants, bars, and parks within walking distance from here! Hasenheide is about 700 Mts. away, Tempelhof and Maybachufer both a bit further, 1.5 km away. 

You will have access to the U7 just around the corner and to the U8 (Boddin Strasse), 500 Mts. away. There are also several bus lines in the vicinity (M43, 194, M29, M41...).

IMPORTANTE: Los vecinos de este edificio son tranquilos y respetuosos, que es también el tipo de compañero de piso que estoy buscando = prenda sin música fuerte después de las 10pm., sin fiestas fuertes, fumar sólo en el balcón.

Estos puntos son muy importantes. La habitación es más adecuada para alguien que está buscando un lugar para descansar y le gusta un ambiente limpio en su habitación y en las zonas comunes.

Sobre nosotros:

1) Soy investigador y trabajaré en campo, pero estará disponible en línea durante su estancia aquí. Compartirás el apartamento con Emanuele

2) Emanuele es un cocinero italiano (25). ¡Es genial! Muy frío y fácil de comunicarse. Lo verás cocinando o jugando en su habitación.

3) Responsabilidades: buscar a alguien que sea consciente de ruido, visitantes, y limpiará después de sí mismo.

La limpieza no es opcional.

4) este no es realmente el GT para usted si usted quiere tener amigos o su bf / gf todo el tiempo aquí :-)

5) No se permiten visitas largas. No puedes tener amigos borrachos aquí por más tiempo que un fin de semana.

6) Hablamos alemán. Me gusta que al menos algunas de las comunicaciones estén en inglés, aunque... o en español/italiano.

7) fumar sólo se permite en el balcón

8) balcón y plantas no son ornamentos. Son libres de molestias, pero se espera que mantenga un ojo en ellos y mantenga el balcón limpio.

IMPORTANT: The neighbors in this building are quiet and respectful, that is also the kind of flatmate that I am looking for => no loud music after 10pm., no loud parties, smoking only on the balcony.

These points are VERY important. The room is best suited for someone who is looking for a place to rest and likes a clean environment in their room and in the common areas.

About us:

1) I am a researcher and will go on fieldwork, but will be available online during your stay here. You will share the flat with Emanuele

2) Emanuele is an Italian cook (25). He's great! Very chill and easy to communicate with. You will mostly see him cooking or gaming in his room.

3) Responsibilities: looking for someone who is mindful of noise, visitors, and will clean up after themselves.

Cleaning is NOT optional.

4) this is really not the WG for you if you want to have friends or your bf/gf all the time here :-)

5) NO long visits are allowed. You can't have friends bunk here for longer than a weekend.

6) We do speak some German. I like at least some of the communication to be in English, though... or Spanish/Italian.

7) smoking is REALLY only allowed on the balcony

8) balcony and plants are not ornaments. They are hassle-free, but you are expected to keep an eye on them and keep the balcony clean.

IMPORTANTE:
