Die Erlanger Straße liegt neben der Neukölln Arcaden auf einer Einbahnstraße, was bedeutet, dass sie relativ ruhig ist. Sie haben Lidl, Kaufland, Edeka, und ein paar Banken und Turnhallen um die Ecke, sowie ein Filmtheater, DM, etc. in der Arcaden.

Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Parks zu Fuß von hier! Hasenheide ist ca. 700 m entfernt, Tempelhof und Maybachufer beide etwas weiter, 1,5 km entfernt.

Sie haben Zugang zur U7 um die Ecke und zur U8 (Boddin Straße), 500 Mts entfernt. Es gibt auch mehrere Buslinien in der Nähe (M43, 194, M29, M41...).

Erlanger Strasse is next to the Neukölln Arcaden on a one-way street, which means it is relatively quiet. You have Lidl, Kaufland, Edeka, and a couple of banks and gyms just around the corner, as well as a movie theater, DM, etc.. in the Arcaden.

There are lots of restaurants, bars, and parks within walking distance from here! Hasenheide is about 700 Mts. away, Tempelhof and Maybachufer both a bit further, 1.5 km away. 

You will have access to the U7 just around the corner and to the U8 (Boddin Strasse), 500 Mts. away. There are also several bus lines in the vicinity (M43, 194, M29, M41...).

WICHTIG: Die Nachbarn in diesem Gebäude sind ruhig und respektvoll, das ist auch die Art von Flatmate, die ich suche => keine laute Musik nach 10 Uhr, keine lauten Parteien, rauchen nur auf dem Balkon.

Diese Punkte sind sehr wichtig. Das Zimmer ist am besten geeignet für jemanden, der einen Platz zum Ausruhen sucht und eine saubere Umgebung in ihrem Zimmer und in den gemeinsamen Bereichen liebt.

Über uns:

1) Ich bin ein Forscher und werde auf Feldarbeit gehen, aber wird online während Ihres Aufenthaltes hier verfügbar sein. Sie teilen die Wohnung mit Emanuele

2) Emanuele ist ein italienischer Koch (25). Er ist toll! Sehr kühl und einfach zu kommunizieren. Man sieht ihn meist Kochen oder Spielen in seinem Zimmer.

3) Verantwortung: auf der Suche nach jemandem, der geräuschvoll ist, Besucher, und wird nach sich selbst aufräumen.

Reinigung ist NICHT optional.

4) dies ist wirklich nicht die WG für Sie, wenn Sie Freunde oder Ihre bf/gf die ganze Zeit hier haben wollen :-)

5) Keine langen Besuche sind erlaubt. Ihr könnt hier keine Freunde mehr haben als ein Wochenende.

6) Wir sprechen Deutsch. Ich mag zumindest einige der Mitteilungen auf Englisch, aber... oder Spanisch/Italienisch.

7) Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt

8) Balkon und Pflanzen sind keine Ornamente. Sie sind mühsam, aber Sie werden erwartet, um ein Auge auf sie zu halten und den Balkon sauber zu halten.

IMPORTANT: The neighbors in this building are quiet and respectful, that is also the kind of flatmate that I am looking for => no loud music after 10pm., no loud parties, smoking only on the balcony.

These points are VERY important. The room is best suited for someone who is looking for a place to rest and likes a clean environment in their room and in the common areas.

About us:

1) I am a researcher and will go on fieldwork, but will be available online during your stay here. You will share the flat with Emanuele

2) Emanuele is an Italian cook (25). He's great! Very chill and easy to communicate with. You will mostly see him cooking or gaming in his room.

3) Responsibilities: looking for someone who is mindful of noise, visitors, and will clean up after themselves.

Cleaning is NOT optional.

4) this is really not the WG for you if you want to have friends or your bf/gf all the time here :-)

5) NO long visits are allowed. You can't have friends bunk here for longer than a weekend.

6) We do speak some German. I like at least some of the communication to be in English, though... or Spanish/Italian.

7) smoking is REALLY only allowed on the balcony

8) balcony and plants are not ornaments. They are hassle-free, but you are expected to keep an eye on them and keep the balcony clean.

WICHTIG:


- Nicht mehr als eine Person ist erlaubt. Keine langen Besucher, z.B. Ihr bedeutender anderer kann hier nicht leben.

- die Miete beträgt 750 € pro Monat (inklusive), + 750€ Anzahlung




- Ich würde von Ihnen verlangen:

1) eine Kopie Ihres Reisepasses
2) eine einmonatige Zahlung + Kaution,
3) eine Art Beweis der Einkommen / Einsparungen
4) Haftpflichtversicherung (Haftpflichtversicherung)
5) und eine `Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung' Ihres aktuellen Vermieters

4) liability insurance (`Haftpflichtversicherung')
5) and a `Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung' from your current landlord
