(Friday 13th August - Friday 10th September)
Large, clean, simple room, lots of plants, with a beautiful balcony attached. Airy and peaceful.
The room is furnished. I'll be leaving my books etc, but will make closet space. Big desk, comfy chair, TV, mattress, good WiFi.
Balcony is first floor, south-facing, so lots of sun, overlooking a cute garden. Good for people watching :)
Plants, bench, table and chairs, hammock etc...
No smoking in room. But on balcony it's fine
Graefestraße is one of Berlin's nicest streets. There's lots of cafes and restaurants and those vegan bio vintage stores which you like looking around.
Graefekiez is a peaceful neighbourhood, right in the heart of Kreuzkölln. The landwehrkanal is at one end of the road, Hasenheide park at the other. Close to Kotti and Hermannplatz, Bergmannkiez and Reuterkiez
Closest U-bahns are U8 Schönleinstraße and U7 Südstern (7 mins) and the M41 bus stops just a minute away.
You'll be sharing the flat with 2 great girls, EN/DE/FR speaking, they're lovely, sociable and happy to hang out. Or respectful if you need space :)
Casual, friendly atmosphere. Peaceful, rather than a party WG.
The apartment is fully furnished. Washing machine, blender, hoover, all those spices you like. You know, furnished.
We're all vegetarian and often cook together

Sorry, but no couples, pets or anmeldung.
I'm looking for somebody calm, responsible and clean, someone who would take pride living here (cleaning, being social ^ friendly, avoid killing plants)
