Available for 1 year as sublet starting from the week of the 12th of June, with possibility (and prospect) to take over the contract. Anmeldung possible.
931€/month warm (exactly what I am paying) + 125€/month for furniture use. 1 month rent as deposit.

I bought all the furniture in the flat, including kitchen and electronics. I need to ask for a monthly rent of 125€ for the use. After 1 year, the furniture will be handed over with no extra cost. If desired, an advance payment of 1500€ for the furniture is also possible, instead of a monthly rent of 125€.

In case of handover after 1 year, an increase of rent and a larger deposit are expected to be required by the landlord.
