Ich habe die 4- Zimmer- Mietwohnung meiner Grosseltern übernommen und renoviere momentan mit Freunden die Wohnung Zimmer für Zimmer. Die Wohnung hat sehr viel (DDR-) Charme, Stuck, hohe Decken, Flügeltüren etc. Sie ist hell und das Zimmer geht nach Südwesten raus, sodass du bis abends Sonne hast. Auch der Balkon ist sehr groß und sonnig.
Perspektivisch wird es auch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Erker geben, das auch als Gästezimmer genutzt werden kann. Natürlich würde ich mich freuen, wenn du auch handwerklich interessiert bist und Lust hast, mitzurenovieren, aber das ist kein Muss. Es gibt auch diverse Oldschool- Möbel in der Wohnung, die eventuell bei Interesse genutzt werden können. Der Boden im Zimmer ist Linoleum, also ein Naturprodukt und was für Liebhaber ;). Darunter sind Holzdielen, man könnte also abschleifen, wenn man sehr motiviert ist. Wir würden eventuell auch andere Böden abschleifen, hat aber im Augenblick keine Priorität.
Entschuldigt bitte die nicht soo tolle Fotoqualität, durch den Renovierungsprozess bin ich noch nicht dazu gekommen, die Wohnung so schön zu präsentieren, wie sie in echt aussieht.

Einziges Manko der Wohnung ist die Tram, die vor der Tür fährt, weshalb du nicht super lärmempfindlich sein solltest. Dafür, dass die Wohnung an einer größeren Straße gelegen ist, ist sie aber im Allgemeinen relativ ruhig, da nicht so stark befahren und die Doppelfenster isolieren den Straßenlärm recht gut. Sehr gut ist, dass die Wohnung perfekt an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden ist (S2, U2, S85, M1 und 50 nur weniger Minuten entfernt), viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch ein paar Kneipen und einige schöne Parks in Spaziernähe hat. Dass Pankow nicht cool und hip ist, sondern eher entspannt, etwas ab vom Schuss und dennoch ziemlich zentral, genieße ich als Ex-Friedrichshainerin sehr. Quasi das Beste aus allen Welten :)
