Hey there! I am subletting my cozy attic room with working desk for about 3 weeks as I am traveling :) it is facing towards our courtyard so you will only be hearing the birds in the morning!
Our flat is a premium spacious maisonette connected by a spiral staircase: you are going to be living on the 2nd floor together with Finn, with whom you will be sharing the upper bathroom. There is also an access to the rooftop to watch the sun setting over Berlin (you can even see the television tower) and a huge couch to read, chill & chat together.
On the 1st floor we have got an awesome kitchen island facing to our open living / eating room, perfectly suited for joint cooking sessions and another bathroom. We also have updated or coffee machine to a pretty good barista set-up that you can profit from. Lukas has also got a beautiful balcony that you might also use if you ask him nicely ;)
Our flat is just right at ostkreuz, so you will be anywhere with the Ringbahn in no time. At the Sonntagstraße and Annemirl Bauerplatz or buzzing Revaler Straße / RAW Gelände you will always find cute events and good music. Boxhagener Platz is just around the corner for an early morning Market stroll, so it is just a marvelous starting point to discover the city!
What is more, you will have the best flatmates one can imagine! Lukas and Finn studied psychology in Groningen and share a passion for music, sports (surfing, kiting, skating, yoga) & cooking (Finns tahini sauce is literally the best and Lukas got a talent to make amazing soups out of literally anything). They are very fun, empathic, open-minded and easygoing. We like to spend time together and go out sometimes but everyone is also living pretty busy lives so it is important to be considerate about that and respect each other's need for a save space at home. We like to keep everything tidy and are having a cleaning plan that you should also stick to while you live with us :)
