Freies Zimmer in 2er WG vom 01.10-31.12.23 mit Option auf anschließender Übernahme

Man benötigt, wenn man rennt, circa zwei Minuten zur S-Bahn Wollankstraße. Wenn man einfach mal pünktlich los geht und somit normal läuft sind es auch nur 4 min dorthin. Zur Bushaltestelle benötigt man circa 5 min, bin allerdings noch nie hingerannt, geht vermutlich also auch schneller. :-) Die Bushalte "Wollankstraße" bringt euch mit verschiedenen Linien nach Reinickendorf oder Richtung Osloer-, Seestraße und einmal durch den ganzen Wedding/Moabit bis nach Charlottenburg.

Die S-Bahn hingegen hat die Linien S25, S1 und S26 und somit ist man in 5 Fahrminuten am Knotenpunkt "Gesundbrunnencenter". Von dort kommt man innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum Alex, Potsdamer aber auch ganz gemütlich über Kreuzberg nach Neukölln.

Ansonsten ist die Lage wirklich schön. Man hat verschiedene Parks sowie die Panke vor der Haustür. Aber auch an Spätis um sich ordentlich einzudecken, mangelt es nicht. Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Netto ist praktisch gegenüber und zu REWE/Penny braucht man 7-8 min.. :-)

If you run, it takes about two minutes to get to the Wollankstraße S-Bahn. If you just go on time and thus run normally, it's only 4 min there. To the bus stop you need about 5 min, but I've never run, so probably also faster. :-) The bus stop "Wollankstraße" brings you with different lines to Reinickendorf or direction Osloer-, Seestraße and once through the whole Wedding/Moabit to Charlottenburg.

The S-Bahn, on the other hand, has the lines S25, S1 and S26 and thus you are at the junction "Gesundbrunnencenter" in 5 minutes by car. From there you can get to the Alex, Potsdamer but also quite comfortably via Kreuzberg to Neukölln within a very short time.

Otherwise, the location is really nice. You have various parks and the Panke on the doorstep. But also at Spätis to stock up properly, it is not lacking. Restaurants are also nearby.

Netto is practically opposite and to REWE/Penny you need 7-8 min. :-)

Mit dir wohnt Greta in der Wohnung. Sie wohnt seit circa zwei Jahren in Berlin und ist super lieb. Wir sitzen abends gerne in der Küche, trinken einen Wein und tauschen uns aus. Kochen können wir beide nicht, deswegen belassen wir es meistens bei Wein haha. :)

Ansonsten denke ich gibt es nicht mehr viel zu sagen, man muss sich kennen lernen und dann kann sich jeder ein eigenes Bild machen.

Greta lives with you in the apartment. She has lived in Berlin for about two years and is super sweet. She is currently on an internship, so she is only at home in the evenings. We like to sit in the kitchen in the evening, drink a glass of wine and talk. Cooking we both can not, so we leave it mostly with wine haha. :)

Otherwise, I think there is not much more to say, you have to get to know each other and then everyone can make their own picture.
