WG Zimmer 15qm Charlottenburg Zwischenmiete

Die Wohnung liegt zwei Parallelstraßen südlich vom Ku'damm, somit noch im Ring, zwischen Adenauerplatz (U7 und diverse Buslinien) und Konstanzerstraße (U7). Man läuft 12 Minuten nach S Charlottenburg und ist dementsprechend schnell auf der anderen Seite der Stadt oder in Potsdam. Vom Adenauerplatz fährt der X10 in einer Station zum Halensee (S41/42).
In Laufnähe befinden sich Penny, 2x Rewe und Netto. Außerdem gibt es auch sehr nette Urberliner Eckkneipen und mit der Nähe zur Kantstraße fantastisches asiatisches Essen.

The apartment is located two parallel streets south of Ku'damm, thus still in the ring, between Adenauerplatz (U7 and various bus lines) and Konstanzerstraße (U7). It's a 12-minute walk to S Charlottenburg, so you can be on the other side of the city or in Potsdam in no time. From Adenauerplatz, the X10 takes you to Halensee (S41/42) in one stop.
Penny, 2x Rewe and Netto are within walking distance. There are also very nice "Urberlin" corner pubs and fantastic Asian food close to Kantstraße.

Das WG Leben ist normalerweise sehr close und auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG. Leider wirst du davon nicht viel mitbekommen, da in der Zeit alle Zimmer untervermietet werden. Warum, fragst du dich? Wir müssen spätestens zum Ende des Jahres aus der Wohnung raus und haben jetzt ab 1. März eine neue andere Wohnung gefunden, welche wir möglicherweise übernehmen können. In diese werden wir ab 1. März einziehen und vermieten deswegen unsere, bis die neue Hausverwaltung eine Entscheidung zu unserer Übernahme getroffen hat, unter. Die Zwischenmiete geht also maximal bis 31. Mai und ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ich für die gesamte Zeit jemanden finde, wenn du ein paar Tage früher wieder gehst wäre, das natürlich kein Problem.
Die genaue Situation erkläre ich dir gerne bei einem Treffen oder FaceTime Call.



The shared flat life in our apartment is normally very close and by no means a functional shared flat. Unfortunately, you won't notice much of this, as all the rooms are sublet during this time. Why, you ask? We have to move out of the apartment by the end of the year at the latest and have now found a new apartment that we might be able to take over. We will be moving into this apartment from March 1 and are therefore subletting ours until the new property management has made a decision on our takeover. The interim rental will therefore last until May 31st at the latest and I would be very happy if I could find someone for the whole time, if you leave a few days earlier that would of course not be a problem.
I would be happy to explain the exact situation to you at a face to face meeting or FaceTime call.

Keine Ahnung wieso WG-gesucht mich die Bewohner nicht einstellen lässt, aber wir waren 4 männlich gelesene Personen.
Perfekt wäre es, wenn ich die gesamte Miete zu Beginn des Zeitraums bekommen würde, dann entfällt natürlich die Kaution. Wenn dir das aus finanziellen Gründen nicht möglich ist, finden wir aber bestimmt eine Lösung, mit der alle zufrieden sein können.

I don't know why WG-gesucht won't let me set the residents, but we were 4 male read people.
It would be perfect if I could get the entire rent at the beginning of the period, then of course there would be no deposit. But if that's not possible for financial reasons, I'm sure we can find a solution that everyone can be happy with.
