Wir suchen Gäste für 1-6 Monate z.B. Sprachschülerinnen oder Studentinnen. Wir haben viele Jahre Erfahrung im Zusammenwohnen mit jungenLeuten und selbst 2 erwachsene Töchter und ein Enkelkind..Wir sprecn gerne englisch und kochen ab und an gerne zusammen. Das Zimmer ist hell, ruhig und man schaut auf eine kleine Grünfläche. Der Balkon kann mit benutzt werden.
Im Preis von 450 € mit enthalten sind alle Nebenkosten, Strom, Wasser, Müll, und WLAN. Das Zimmer wird zudem einmal im Monat professionell geputzt. Es kann sich angemeldet werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Klausenerplatzkiez in Charlottenburg. Es gibt viele nette Kneipen, Bioläden und Cafés. Nächste U-Bahn-Station: Sophie-Charlotte-Platz (U2), nächste S-Bahn: Westend.
Wir sind ein Ehepaar und sind erfahrene Gasteltern internationaler Studierender.
Wir möchten das Zimmer untervermieten, sind jedoch keine WG. Wir sind offen, unterhalten uns gerne und kochen auch am Wochenende gelegentlich gemeinsam.

We are a couple and have happily hosted international students from all over the world for many years. We are open-minded and we ocasionally cook together on the week-end. However, this is not a shared flat (WG), but we want to sublet the room.
