Hi, mein Partner und ich sind spontan für 2 Wochen nicht in Berlin und bieten daher unsere Wohnung zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Paare geeignet & hat alles, was man braucht: 1 Schlafzimmer & 1 Wohnzimmer, eine große (dann leere) Kleiderstange, im Schlafzimmer ein ruhiges Fenster zum Hinterhof, zwei Schreibtische für Home Office, und ein 180er Bett. Ansonsten sehr grün und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit lichtdurchflutetem großem Wohnzimmer. Sie hat ca. 65m².
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und als Herzstück das ca. 21m² Wohnzimmer (mit Blick auf die Spree. Die Küche ist ziemlich neu und mit dem Wohnzimmer ohne Tür verbunden, sehr gut ausgestattet und lädt zu Cooking-Sessions ein. Dann gibt es noch einen Flur und ein Bad mit Duschbadewanne und Waschmaschine (leider ohne Fenster).
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was ihr so braucht. Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Küchenbesteck, Pfannen, Töpfe, großer Kühlschrank etc. (kein Trockner)

My partner and I will be out of Berlin for 2 weeks, so we’re offering our apartment for sublet during that time. The apartment is perfect for couples and has everything you need: 1 bedroom & 1 living room, a large (then empty) clothes rack, a quiet window overlooking the backyard in the bedroom, two desks for home office, and a 180 cm bed. The apartment is otherwise very green and lovingly furnished, with a bright and spacious living room. It’s about 65m² in total.
The living room is very bright and serves as the heart of the apartment, with around 21m² and a view of the Spree River. The kitchen is fairly new and seamlessly connected to the living room without a door. It’s fully equipped and perfect for cooking sessions. Additionally, there’s a hallway and a bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination and a washing machine (unfortunately no window).
The apartment is fully furnished with everything you might need: dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, kitchen utensils, pans, pots, a large refrigerator, etc. (no dryer).
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, die Warschauer Straße (U & S Bahn) ist fußläufig zu erreichen, auch das Ostkreuz für die Anbindung an den Ring (S41/42) und weitere Bahnen ist sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad in 5-10min zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Tür fährt auch der Bus 347 der euch entweder bis zum Helsingforser Platz (und damit auch zur Warschauer Straße) oder in Richtung Alt Stralau (Tunnelstr., auch über Ostkreuz) bringt.
Hippe Viertel und Gegenden sind fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad extrem schnell zu erreichen, nur über die Oberbaumbrücke und ihr seid in Kreuzberg (8min zu Fuß) oder in die andere Richtung und ihr seid am Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain.
Es gibt einige Supermärkte in fußläufiger Nähe (Netto & Lidl) sowie die East Side Mall die auch gut mit dem Fahrrad (6-8min) erreichbar ist. Apotheke in 2min fußläufig erreichbar..
Der Rudolfkiez ist ein entspannter Kiez, allerdings erreicht ihr auch hier in 2 min zu Fuß einige Restaurants (Italiener, Vietnamese) sowie verschiedene Bäcker.

The public transportation connections are excellent. Warschauer Straße (U-Bahn & S-Bahn) is within walking distance, and Ostkreuz, which connects to the Ring (S41/42) and other train lines, is easily reachable by bike in 5-10 minutes. Right outside the door, Bus 347 stops and takes you either to Helsingforser Platz (and therefore also to Warschauer Straße) or in the direction of Alt-Stralau (Tunnelstraße, also via Ostkreuz).
Trendy neighborhoods and areas are quickly accessible by foot or bike. Cross the Oberbaum Bridge, and you’re in Kreuzberg (8 minutes on foot), or head the other way to reach Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain.
There are several supermarkets within walking distance (Netto & Lidl), as well as the East Side Mall, which is easily reachable by bike (6-8 minutes). A pharmacy is just a 2-minute walk away.
Rudolfkiez is a relaxed neighborhood, but you’ll still find a variety of restaurants (Italian, Vietnamese) and bakeries within a 2-minute walk.

Ein sorgfältiger und respektvoller Umgang mit dem Mobiliar und der gesamten Wohnung ist uns sehr wichtig. Bitte keine Partys veranstalten, da uns das gute Verhältnis zu unseren Nachbarn am Herzen liegt.
