Hallo ihr Lieben, ich bin reisen und vermiete in der Zeit mein Zimmer unter. Es ist gemütlich, groß und ruhig. Wir haben eine Wohnküche mit Coach und gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Das Bad ist hell und riesig.
Wir wohnen im schönen Samariterkiez. Es gibt alles was du brauchst in der Nähe - Lidl, Rewe, Cafés, Restaurants, Yoga Studio etc. U-Bahn und Ringbahn und Tram gibt es auch!
Freundschaftlich :) über die Weihnachtsferien könnte es natürlich etwas ruhiger sein. Du würdest mit Sofia und Stan zusammen wohnen und vielleicht auch mit Ramona, wenn sie vorher nicht zurück in die Heimat zieht. Alle sind wirklich sympathisch.
Beim Zeitraum bin ich ein bisschen flexibel.
Short English version: I'm subletting my cozy room in the Samariterkiez. Maybe the perfect opportunity if you are looking for a place from which you can search for a longterm flat or need a place in between rents. It's a very nice neighborhood with everything you need right around the corner. You'd be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmates Stan, Sofia and maybe also Ramona.
