Hey I am subletting my room in Friedrichshain while away on holiday. Its located near the cosy samariter viertel. You have everything you need nearby. Lots of shops and some cafes and restaurants. The ring bahn and u5 are around 5 minutes walk from the flat.
You will be sharing the flat with Lloyd, Laura and edgar. We are a very calm easy going flat. (Definitely not a party flat) we enjoy having meals together and looking for someone who will not be a stranger. me and lloyd make music and edgar works as a graphic designer. Laura works at a fermentation lab.
Looking for someone to sublet my room for 1 month, someone who is clean and respectful. The last person that was there was a little reckless so i dont want something like that.
The flat is fairly newly renovated, we have 2 bathrooms and a kitchen where we hang out. Its a 3 bedroom flat. If you are interested please tell me a bit about you and also whats your favourite song at the moment (so i know you read this/not a bot)
