The flat is located 1 stop from Ringbahn Ostkreuz, with a 5 minutes walk to S5/S7/S75.
10 minutes walk to Lichtenberg U-Bahn (U5) / S-Bahn
10 minutes walk to buses (194 and 240)
We have a shared garden
Chill neighborhood, with mostly families and dogs but not too far from more busy neighborhoods
Rewe/Penny/Lidl/Rossman close to the flat
I live with 5 flatmates : we're a group of friends who like to have a chat in the living room but also each have our own quiet times
If you want to make friends we are big group of expats so it's also perfect to start in Berlin :)
I've been asked before so I'll write it here, but of course LGBTQIA+ welcome!
Everyone work or study, most of them like to do wholesome things on the weekend, party sometimes and chill during the week :)
We have good internet connexion, with 2 wifis available.
Required : Deposit of 150€ + a picture of your ID
After the visit, if you've been chosen for the flat, I have to get the deposit and photo as soon as you accept (paypal, bank transfer or cash)
The day you move in, I'll give you the key as soon as I receive the payment (instant transfer/cash)
