The room is 28qm, furnished with a queen size bed, a sofa, an armchair, a chair, a desk, a table and a wardrobe. Very spacious and bright, you can also enjoy wonderful sunsets from there !
The entire flat has 4 bedrooms plus a big living room (around 50qm) with a sofa, a big table to enjoy nice dinners and a hammock to unwind when needed !
The place is ideal for someone working or studying who wants to enjoy a calm and serene atmosphere.
The flat is located in Friedrischain at 50m from Ostkreuz station. This station is convenient since you can access the ring Bahn as well as the S Bahn and reach any part of Berlin without exceding 30 minutes. Last but not least, you are 20 minutes away from BER airport !
The vibe in the flat is quiet calm and chill. It's important for everybody that the flat remains tidy and clean. For the rest, it's all about communication :)
Leah is a talented fashion designer spending most of her time working.
You can share nice talks with Leon and when he's not busy working maybe he can teach you how to surf.
Till has been lately in and out the flat a lot, working on very interesting professional projects.
The room is initially available until may 31st and for now amneldung is not possible, but there is chances to stay longer and get on the contract as the main tenant at the end of these 4 months.
