ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner Altbauwohnung vorerst bis Juli mit Option auf Verlängerung. Das Zimmer ist 26qm groß super hell, komplett eingerichtet (inklusive Bettwäsche, Handtücher. verdunkelnde Thermovorhänge) und befindet sich nahe Ostkreuz und der Rummelsburger Bucht. Küche und Bad können mitgenutzt werden.
In der Wohnung lebe ich (42 / Kommunikation & Coaching) mit einem alten, ruhigen Kater. Auch wenn der Kater nicht in dein Zimmer darf, solltest du keine Allergie haben.
Mir ist ein respektvoller Umgang und eine offene Kommunikation wichtig. Bewusste Ressourcennutzung sollte dir nicht fremd sein (bspw. Waschmaschine für eine Socke starten ;) Und bitte, bitte kein Räuchern oder Kiffen in der Wohnung! 🫣
Die anteilige Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 250,- pro Woche und 770,- für einen Monat inkl. Wlan, Strom, BK und alller anfallenden kosten. Reinigung der gemeinsam genutzten Räume übernehme ich. Das Zimmer ist auch für Pendler verfügbar.
Untermiete leider ohne Anmeldung!
