Hello lovely people, we are looking for a very nice and respectful flatmate for a very light room in a 100 sqm apartment, furnished with kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining table, with balcony and shared living room. The apartment is located on 7th floor of a very clean multi-story building (with elevator). The apartment has lately been completely renovated, brand new kitchen and appliances installed.
W-LAN is included, also a Washing Machine is included.
Anmeldung/Wohnungsgeberbestätigung will be provided.
VERY IMPORTANT: BEFORE YOU CONTACT US, PLS CHECK THOROUGHLY THE LOCATION (Lion-Feuchtwanger Strasse can be found with google maps). Pls only reach out if you are sure that this location fits your needs. It is not inner city center :-). But green, quiet and clean. Sorry that I ask this... you will not believe how many people do not check it upfront ;-)
If you are a Tesla person - there is a bus shuttle leaving from there. The safety deposit can be payed in three parts after moving in in the first 3 months.
The house is located in green, quiet district of Marzahn-Hellersdorf with tidely neighborhood, 10 min walk from S+U Wuhletal (S5) and Kaulsdorf-Nord (U5). It is possible to reach in 20 min Ostbahnhof or Alexanderplatz.
PLS: check upfront on your own if the location suits your needs, this can be easily done via google maps :-)

We cannot say anything about the life in the WG as the appartment is currently renovated but without inhabitants ;-) What we can say is that we thoroughly decide on tenants and also the fit among them. It is not randomly chosen who will move in, positive energy counts. ;-)
Room is partly furnished, wardrobe, desk etc.
