Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer für 2 Monate, nach Möglichkeit auch länger.
Das Zimmer (25qm) hat alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa und Stuckdecken. Wir sind eine 4er WG mit drei anderen lieben Mädels (zwischen 27 und 30 Jahren) in einer rennovierten Altbauwohnung. Du hast außerdem eine schöne moderne Küche und 2 große Bäder mit eigenem Waschbecken und Badewanne
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage im Bergmannkiez, in denkmalgeschützten Riemers Innenhöfen. Zur U-Bahn Mehringdamm sind es 5mins und zu den Cafés und Restaurants in der Bergmannstraße sind es keine 10mins zu Fuß. Außerdem gibt es den Viktoriapark und den Gleisdreieckpark gleich um die Ecke.
Die WG ist eher ein ruhiger Rückzugugsort, wo wir uns gerne in der Küche treffen und vom Tag erzählen, aber keine wilden Partys feiern. Wenn dir das zusagt, melde dich gerne.
Bei dem Enddatum bin ich relativ flexibel, voraussichtlich bin ich auch länger weg.
Die Miete beträgt 650€ + 45€ NK und 700€ Kaution, die du am Ende wieder bekommst.

ENGLISH:
The room (25qm) has everything you'd need, big bed, desk, couch and berlin style stuccoed ceiling. You'd share the flat with 3 other nice girls (between 27 and 30 years) and have a nice modern kitchen and 2 big bathrooms. You'd have your own sink and there is a bathtub :)
The flat is perfeclty located in Bergmannkiez in a nice courtyard. You reach U-Bahn Mehringdamm in 5mins, and nice cafés and restaurants in Bergmannstraße in less than 10mins. You'll also have Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieckpark right around the corner.
The flat is rather a chilled home zone where we're happy to meet in the kitchen to chat but are not having wild parties. If that's what you are looking for, feel free to reach out :)
I'm flexible with the end date and am potentially away for longer.
The rent is 650€ + 45€ charges and 700€ deposit which you will get back in the end.
