Hello folks, the place is situated five minutes from Schönleinstr on the U8, 10 minutes to Hermansplatz (U8 & U7) and about two minutes from the canal, which is absolutely beautiful this time of year.
Neighbourhood is lovely & calm but walking distance to all the night-(& day)-life of Kreuzberg & Neukölln. Obviously, you got everything you need here, washing machine, and bath and all the usual, even this splendid little balcony.
You'd be sharing with Jan-Ole, who is a double bass player, has his own business making double bass strings, and is generally a very calm person to be around.
Let me know a little about what you're doing in Berlin :)
Ah yeah, and no cats I'm afraid. I am quite allergic.
Jan-Ole works a fair bit and usually gets back late evening. He is a jolly and mischievous little fellow though and very, very easy to get along with. We keep the place clean and in decent shape. Having friends over for dinner or a drink or whatever is grand but no mad parties unless you and Jan-Ole decide together you'd like to do something.
Smoking on the balcony is grand. Notin the house though.
