The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, has two rooms, a bathroom with window & bath and a kitchen with window to the balcony, which can be reached from the second room. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and a microwave.
Your room has 16 square meters, two of them are in a recess next to the door. There is some existing furniture if needed.

One street away is a sports field, which is great for jogging and tennis.
It is easy to get to Ostkreuz, Rummelsburg, the Tierpark and Friedrichshain. The ride to Alexanderplatz takes 23min.
Hi, ich bin Paul, 30 Jahre alt, und arbeite Vollzeit im Online-Marketing - teilweise im Home Office.
Meistens bin ich mehrmals die Woche abends unterwegs oder habe Besuch, habe also kein Problem damit, wenn das bei dir auch so ist. Ich möchte nicht unbedingt eine Zweck-WG gründen, die Zimmertür kann aber natürlich auch zu bleiben.
Ansonsten wäre mir Sauberkeit in Küche und Bad wichtig.
Alles weitere dann beim Kennenlernen in der Wohnung. :)
