1 medium/large room 19m2 is available for 3 months Jan- March 25 while I travel this winter. Dates are flexible within reason.
After this another room becomes available as one flatmate is leaving allowing for a room transfer and for you to stay through the year. This room is slightly smaller 14m2, also cheaper.
Both have nice big windows, the first has its own balcony. 4th Flour apartment with large kitchen and 3 toilet/shower rooms. Underfloor heating for the winter.
Must be able to take care of some plants :)
Great central location, between Potsdamer Platz and Anhalter Bahnhof. Travel connections in every direction.
Bakery and Spätlauf a few meters from the entrance. Rewe Lidl Edeka all walkable.
4 independant young professionals, busy working and living with the occasional group dinner. Some working partly home office and others out a lot.
Mostly English being spoken at home.
