if you need a room just short term- till you find sth. permanent- we are renting our extra bedroom in our beautiful apt. in kreuzberg. The room is about 24 square meters with a large window, lots of sunlight, high ceilings, and hard wood floor. room is furnished with double bed- futon (pictured below as bed and as sofa) , night table, hanging rack for cloths, drawers, and an oriental carpet. room faces the garden, so its nice and quiet.
kitchen is fully equipped and has an eating area. bathroom includes bathtub and washing machine. the living room is spacious with a big sofa and a balcony, which is very sunny in the afternoons (when we are lucky enough to get sun in berlin...!)
You can also rent for 150€/week
high speed wireless internet included.
we are located just 400 meters from either schönleinstr. or hermanplatz u-bahn stations. lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars in the area, its close to hasenheide park, also very close to supermarket, health food store, post office, banks, and all that stuff.
We travel a lot, so we would be in and out. we would like to live with some one easy going, responsible, and respectful. the room is for one person only.
