Hello wonderful Person. Welcome to my home, up high, away from the street, there's a wide view of the sunrise over Friedrichshain & Kreuzberg.
The room is free from March 1, 2025. If this timing fits with your plans and you would like to be in a comfortable relaxing environment please reach out and I would love to have a call or a meeting to see how we vibe.
For now it is unclear how long the room is available but please send me the exact dates that you are looking for when you reach out to me. At least the room will be available for a half a year maybe longer.
The picture of the room is currently a bit out of date - there is a new bed frame and a new mattress which I can show in new pictures or when we meet.
The quiet bedroom faces west into the courtyard, with the sunset and a calming orchestra of chirping birds. We will share a large kitchen & a bathroom filled with plants and books. I love to cook, be in nature and play music at different events around Berlin, where you are very welcome to come hang out!
As energy prices are very high it is important to me that all electrical devices be turned off when we are not using them. This includes the lights and the heater, when we leave the apartment. So it is very important to me that we use the apartment and the resources with respect, and treat each other an our things with kindness and care.
I am an occasional smoker but I do so at the open window, which I expect every guest or housemate to do as well.
My home is queer friendly and a safe, relaxing space for all people. Looking forward to sharing it with you :)

The flat is located in between many options for public tranportation.
Subway: The U1 and U3 are at Schlesisches Tor and Görlitzer Bahnhof. (8min walk)
Bus: 140, M29, 165, 265 (4-8 min walk)
Train: S-Bahn Warschauer Strasse, Ostbahnhof (15-20min walk)
Almost all areas are reachable within 30min from the flat, maximum 1hour to get anywhere in Berlin. Getting a bike is also a good idea and makes traveling fun and easy.
Located in the heart of Kreuzberg right by the Spree, we are very happy to be living in one of the most tolerant and versatile areas in the world.
Hi my name is Patrick and I love to cook, play music, and celebrate life and go hiking. I am a musician, DJ and visual artists. I also work part time as a caretaker for mentally challenged peoples. I also organise parties at places like repeat, which is very close to the apartment, and I help organise open air parties in summer in secret locations in nature.
I work in music but I have a studio for this. So at home I like to be quiet and relax, so the space is very calm and I just have some dinners with friends once in a while, where you are always welcome to join.
We will share a large kitchen & a bathroom both filled with plants and books. In the kitchen we share a large fridge, a large dining table, a couch and all utilities necessary to cook anything we want. Its important to me that we have an open communication in order to support each other when we can and are kind and thoughtful with each others personal space and items. This makes coming home a joy and life more easy : )
I also would like for us to always immediately clean any shared spaces we use, so that the next person can easily use them as well. This includes the entrance way, the shared bathroom, and the shared kitchen. No trash, food or dirty dishes should ever be laying around, also because they attract insects and make living together more stressful. The trash should be emptied I expect us all to vacuum our rooms and the shared spaces. If we all do it regulairly the space will always be easy to clean and fun to use.
I am 37 years old and I speak German, English and French. We work from home but also go out and travel a lot. There is always room in the kitchen to hang out or just enjoy the apartment for yourself. Generally there is a lot of quiet space around the apartment since we are far from the street. Especially in the sleeping rooms.
