I’m currently living in a 2-room apartment with my two adorable cats, and I’m looking for someone to sublet my living room (which is actually bigger than my bedroom!) for 6-7 months, from mid-April to mid-November.
The apartment is conveniently located at Landsberger Allee / Weißenseer Weg. With Tram M13 and M16, you can reach U5 Frankfurter Allee in just 8 minutes and Warschauer Straße in under 20 minutes. Trams M5 and M6 will get you to Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes. Plus, it’s only 3 stops to Landsberger Allee, where you can easily catch the Ringbahn. The nearest supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk away, and Fennpfuhl Park is right next to the apartment. And the best part? The room has a fantastic view of the TV Tower at Alexanderplatz! 😝
The room comes fully furnished with an 80x200 bed (which can be converted to 160x200), a Smart TV, internet access, and a desk. The flat has one bathroom, and you’ll have full access to the kitchen and all its amenities.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and wants a relaxed atmosphere that feels like home. During these months, you’ll have the place mostly 90% for yourself, as I’ll be in Spain for work (around 6 months). I may return 3 or 4 times for a day each visit to check on my cats, so it’s important that the person renting the room is comfortable taking care of them during my absence. Don’t worry; they’re low-maintenance! They have an automatic litter box, food dispenser, and water fountain. If you love cats, this is a perfect match! In exchange for taking care of them, I’m happy to offer a discount on the rent.
