The room is quite small and has a high bed. It is rented furnished with a desk, chair, dresser, drawers, lamp. It has a big window from which you can see the Babylon Kino neon lights.
There is an Ikea sofa bed (Askeby) that you could buy from me if you want :)
Welcome to the Hauptstadt! Literally at Rosa Luxemburg Platz in front of Kino Babylon and the Volksbühne. Lots of restaurants, cafés, bars, gyms around. U2 is downstairs and Alexanderplatz with U2/U8/U5 and all the Sbahns you can wish for is an 8 minute walk away. Also close to Torstrasse with trams and PBerg.
The main tenant lives mainly abroad so you would be alone in the flat most of the time.
From the kitchen and balcony as well as the bath you can see Miss Fernsehturm.
Long-term with Anmeldung, starting date negotiable between December 1st and January 1st.
It would be ideal if you could visit before this Monday (the 25th)
