We are pleased to present this apartment – right downtown – ideal for university students or other young urban professionals!
The apartment is currently completely vacant and is looking for another 2-people WG. There thus are two separate rooms available, Room 1 and Room 2. The two rooms are roughly 15-20 m2 each. The entire apartment spans ca. 60m2 in total. Each room can be rented for 725€/month WARM. This total rent already includes all maintenance and utility fees (e.g. electricity, heating, water, etc.). Alternatively, the entire apartment can also be rented for 1.450€ WARM per month.
Centrally located, in the heart of Berlin, the location of this apartment is hard to beat. The S-Bahn train station Nordbahnhof can be reached in only 2min by foot. Also other public transportation lines – such as the M10/M8 tram-lines, S1/S2/S25/S26 trains lines, U6/U8 subway lines, and also various bus lines – are right outside the apartment.
Berlin Friedrichstraße can therefore be reached in only 8min by public transit, Berlin Hbf (central station) in only 10min, and Berlin Alexanderplatz (TV Tower “Fernsehturm”) in only 15min. The apartment is turnkey-available immediately. We are seeking tenants who are able to commence the rental agreement starting mid-December, e.g. 15.12.2024, or the very latest by the new year, 01.01.2025.
Viewings BY APPOINTMENT ONLY –We are usually able to offer viewings for this property on Saturdays between 12:00-16:00 (12PM-4PM). Generally, however, we are flexible and are also able to accommodate viewings on other days, if specifically requested.
