We are pleased to present this apartment – right downtown – ideal for university students or other young urban professionals!
The apartment is currently completely vacant and is looking for another 2-people WG. There thus are two separate rooms available, Room 1 and Room 2. The two rooms are roughly 15-20 m2 each. The entire apartment spans ca. 60m2 in total. Each room can be rented for 725€/month WARM. This total rent already includes all maintenance and utility fees (e.g. electricity, heating, water, etc.). Alternatively, the entire apartment can also be rented for 1.450€ WARM per month.
Centrally located, in the heart of Berlin, the location of this apartment is hard to beat. The S-Bahn train station Nordbahnhof can be reached in only 2min by foot. Also other public transportation lines – such as the M10/M8 tram-lines, S1/S2/S25/S26 trains lines, U6/U8 subway lines, and also various bus lines – are right outside the apartment.
