Hi, ich bin auf der Suche nach einem/einer nette/n und unkomplizierten Mitbewohner/in :)
Das Zimmer hat knapp über 20 m2 und große Fenster - ihr seht ja alles auf den Fotos... Es ist voll möbliert, wartet aber noch auf ein bisschen Dekoration ;)
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort bis Ende Juni 2025 verfügbar. Die Miete beinhaltet alles (Strom, Internet etc.).

The room has just over 20 m2 and with large windows - you see everything on the photos... It is fully furnished, but waiting for a bit of decoration ;)
It is available as of now until end of June 2025. The rent includes everything (electricity, internet etc).
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral am Heinrich-Heine-Platz gelegen, direkt an der Grenze von Mitte und Kreuzberg. Das schöne Engelbecken ist gleich nebenan. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, die nächste U-Bahn ist die U8 Heinrich-Heine-Straße in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Ein Aldi ist buchstäblich 50 m entfernt, Denns Biomarkt, Rossmann und Edeka weniger als 200 m.

The flat is very centrally located at Heinrich-Heine-Platz, right at the border of Mitte and Kreuzberg. The Engelbecken with a lovely café is right next door. There's a bus stop in front of the house, the nearest U-Bahn is U8 Heinrich-Heine-Straße. Aldi is literally 50 m away, Denns Biomarkt, Rossmann and Edeka less than 200 m.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, hat aber nur 2 Zimmer. Es gibt eine große Küche mit einem gemütlichen Esstisch. Ich sitze gerne mit meinen Mitbewohnern zusammen zum Kochen oder für ein Bierchen, aber es ist auch ok, die Tür zu schließen und seine Privatsphäre zu haben. Ich habe einen großen Balkon, der nur von meinem Zimmer aus zugänglich ist, aber du kann ihn auch mitbenutzen, wenn meine Tür offen ist - was meistens der Fall ist :)
Ich arbeite von zuhause, werde aber wahrscheinlich im Februar und März verreist sein, du hättest die Wohnung in der Zeit also für dich alleine.

The flat is very large (90 m2), but only has 2 rooms. There is a big kitchen with a comfortable dining table. I like to hang out with my flatmates and cook and have a beer together sometimes, but it is also ok to close the door and have privacy. I have a large balcony which is only accessible from my room, but you can use it as well whenever my door is open - which is usually the case :)
I work from home, but will probably be travelling in February and March, so you would have the whole place to yourself for quite a while.
Über mich: Ich komme aus Hamburg, bin ursprünglich Ingenieur, habe aber vor einiger Zeit mein eigenes Startup gegründet (wir entwickeln eine Mitfahr-App für die Stadt, CityHitcher). Da das Geschäft erst schleppend anläuft, arbeite ich auch wieder als Ingenieur für ein Startup im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich gerne draußen, besonders beim Wandern, Beach Volleyball Spielen und Segeln. Aber die eine oder andere Party nehme ich schon auch noch mit... Freue mich drauf, von Euch zu hören :)

About myself: I´m from Hamburg, originally an engineer, but started my own startup (we´re developing a carpooling app for short distances, CityHitcher) a while ago. As business is taking off rather slowly, I´m also working as an employee again for a renewable energy startup. I mostly work from home. I like to spend my freetime outside, especially hiking, playing beach volleyball and sailing. But I don´t mind a good party either... Looking forward to hearing from you. :)
