Dein Zimmer ist etwa 15qm groß. Es ist möbliert und hat zwei große Doppelfenster, welche das Zimmer mit reichlich Sonnenlicht durchfluten und zur Straße rausgehen.
Die 68qm große Wohnung hat eine gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und einen geräumigen Flur. Im Hinterhof gibt es einen Fahrradabstellplatz. Den Keller kannst du selbstverständlich mitnutzen.

Your room is about 15 square meters. It is furnished and has two large double windows which provide lots of vitamin D and are facing towards the street.
The 68 square meter apartment has a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine and a spacious hallway. There is a bicycle parking space in the backyard. Of course you can use the basement.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stephankiez, Moabit und liegt somit mitten in Berlin.
Du bist hier sehr gut angebunden. Den Bus (M27, 123) hast du direkt vor der Haustür und die U- und Ringbahn (U9, Westhafen) sind fußläufig etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.
Ansonsten befinden sich hier reichlich Supermärkte, Spätis, Cafés und Restaurants.

The apartment is located in Stephankiez, Moabit and is therefore in the middle of Berlin.
You are very well connected here. You have multiple buslines (M27, 123) right in front of the house, the underground and circular railway (U9, Westhafen) are about a 10 minutes' walk away.
Otherwise there are plenty of supermarkets, late night shops, cafes and restaurants.
Ich (Lea) werde wegen eines Praktikums für einige Monate ins Ausland gehen und möchte daher mein WG-Zimmer vermieten. Wichtig ist mir, dass du gut mit meinen Dingen umgehst, da ich das Zimmer möbliert vermiete und dich gut um meine Pflanzen kümmerst (keine Sorge, die sind eher pflegeleicht!) :)
Zusammenleben wirst du mit Franci. Sie ist 23 Jahre alt und sehr offen, freundlich und rücksichtsvoll. In ihrerer Freizeit kocht, liest und spaziert sie gerne durch die Stadt oder ist mit Freund*innen unterwegs. Außerdem probiert sie oft neue Dinge und Hobbies aus! Ihr ist ein harmonsiches und respektvolles Miteinander sehr wichtig und fände es schade, wenn aneinander vorbeigelebt würde.
Am besten solltest du auch schon etwas WG-erfahren sein. Sodass sich die typischen Konfliktfelder über Putzpläne etc. gar nicht erst auftun müssen.
Das WG-Leben soll rücksichtsvoll, freundschaftlich und entspannt sein. :)

I (Lea) will be going abroad for a few months for an internship and would therefore like to rent out my room in a shared flat. It's important to me that you take good care of my things, as I rent out the room furnished and that you look after my plants (don't worry, they're easy to look after!) :)
You will live with Franci. She is 23 y/o and is very open, friendly and considerate. In her free time, she likes to cook, read, take a walk outside and catch up with friends. She also likes to try out new things and hobbies! It is very important to her that the interaction between you is harmonous and respectful.
Ideally, you should already have some flat share experience. So that the typical areas of conflict about cleaning plans etc. do not even have to open up.
Flat share life should be considerate, friendly and relaxed. :)

Eine Anmeldung wird nicht möglich sein. Falls du für deinen Aufenthalt also eine brauchen solltest, wäre das wohl eher die falsche Adresse.
Sonstige Fragen bezüglich Miete und Zeitraum etc. kannst du mir gerne stellen. Was die Daten für den Ein- und Auszug angeht, bin ich relativ flexibel, eventuell kannst du auch noch den Juli über bleiben. Alles andere kannst du dann mit Franci in einem persönlichen Gespräch klären.

You are welcome to ask me anything regarding the rent etc. Regarding the dates for moving in and out, I'm relatively flexible; you also may be able to stay for the rest of July. Everything else is between you and Franci.
