Hello people,
My room is available for rent between Feb 20th and March 18th.
The flat is located in Neukölln, 7 min away from S Sonnenallee, and 15 min from U7. There are also buses nearby (2min).
The room is spacious, fully furnished (bed, couch, desk) and has a nice balcony.
The flat (kitchen + bathroom) is shared with one person, who studies and works in Berlin. This means it's a quiet comfy house (no party WG, what can I say). It's a fourth floor, so when the sun appears in Berlin you can make the most out of it.
The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, but there are many nice bars nearby. The canal is also nearby, which is very nice for some winter strolls.
The price is 490 EUR (Discounted days of the monthly rent). There's also a 100 euro caution, for any damages, that return immediately after returning.
This is a temporary rent, so I'm afraid there's no possibility to register.
