Ist voll möbliert, mit Schreibtisch und großem Bildschirm, Balkon, viele Pflanzen. Schöne Morgensonne (nach Südosten ausgerichtet). Möblierte Wohnung mit großer Gemeinschaftsküche und Aufenthaltsraum. Würde mit meiner Mitbewohnerin geteilt werden.
Verfügbar zwischen 02. August - 10. September 2024.
Die Kosten beinhalten die Nutzung des Internets und anderer Haushaltseinrichtungen.

Hello! Renting my beautiful large room for the month of August to mid September. Room faces the Hinterhof and is very quiet for working. Is fully furnished, includes study desk and large computer screen, balcony, lots of plants. Nice morning sun (south east facing). Furnished apartment and with large shared kitchen and lounge space. Would be shared with my female flatmate.
Available between August 02 - Sept 10 2024.
Cost includes rent use of internet and other household facilities.
Only require you look after my plants please <3
Location is on Sonnenallee, towards S-Bahn Sonnenallee (more quiet area). In between Landwerhkanal or Tempelhofer Feld for walks and runs. Tempelhofer and Treptower 10 min by bike accessible.
Very easy public transport

- U7 Karl-Marx-Str 10 min walk
- SBahn Sonnenallee 13 min walk
Close to bars and stores on Weserstrasse or Rixdorf.
Really love this place - amazing summer vibes! :)
Would be living with my flatmate, she an engineer who works from home. She is very lovely! She plays volleyball, boulders and climbs and likes to paint, puzzles and dancing. There is a large kitchen and lounge space that separates the two rooms, so it feels very private. Shared bathrooom. In general the flat is quiet for working during the day.
