Wir sind eine Gruppe von 5 Personen, wir haben alle sehr unterschiedliche Lebenswirklichkeiten und haben ein ziemlich ruhiges gemeinsames Leben. Von Zeit zu Zeit kochen wir zusammen, verbringen Zeit auf unseren Balkonen, wir studieren teilweise, arbeiten und sind arbeitslos und alkohol- und drogenfrei in der Wohnung.
Wir sind ein FLINTA* Flat Share, alle BIPOC/ queer, drei cis und eine trans Person

We are looking for two new sublets in our shared apartment in Neukölln-Rixdorf!
1st room (12 sqm) with high bed:
- November 15th - February 15th, 2025
- €300/month
- heating
- Furniture: only high bed
2nd room (15 sqm):
- Free between November 23rd and December 7th (two weeks)
and 15th of December until the end of February 2025
(movingin dates flexible)
- €350/month
- Stove heating
- furniture: Bed frame (140x200) can be put in
Hard facts for both rooms:
-Shared apartment money box for shopping together: €80/month
We are a group of 5 people, we all have very different realities and have a pretty quiet life together. From time to time we cook together, spend time on our balconies, we study part of the time, work and are unemployed and have an alcohol and drug free space.
We are a FLINTA* flat share, all BIPOC/queer, two cis and two trans people
