A room is available in our 5er WG. The room is about 15m2 and fully furnished. It is a big flat, shared with another 4 people (please be aware that this is a LGBTQ+ safe space and we would prefer another LGBTQ+ person, we will appreciate not to contact us if you dont fit the profile, let's not waste eachother time). We have a big living room with a fireplace, two bathrooms and one toilet (you will have to share the bathroom with another two people), a kitchen with a massive fridge and even a guest room. The might be a chance of extending the staying here.
The price is 473€ all fees included and weekly
cleaning as well. 100€ deposit.
PD: anmeldung is unfortunately not possible.
The apartment is located halfway between the station S+U Hermannstr., U Grenzalle and S+U Neukölln. Nevertheless, it is a relativity quiet area without much traffic noise. There are many green spaces nearby, Carl-Weder-Park is just behind the house, Teltowkanal is just 8min by foot, Körnerpark 10min and Tempelhofer feld 20min walking as well.
Your flatmates will be a two Mexicans (22 and 30yo), one Spanish (28yo) and one German (48yo).
We like to spend and do things together so if you don't like that this is not your flat.
Please read the requirements carefully, as these are decesive for us.
