There is a free room in the apartment from march 1st until the 30th of april and is looking for company :) It is a beautiful, sunny and quiet flat at the heart of Neukölln - the best mixture you could wish for! I am going away for a while, and my mate is staying in the apartment. He is super nice, relaxed, sociable but leaving you all the space you need. Best flatmate you can wish for! :)
Price is 600€/month, plus 400€ deposit.

The apartment is located between the subway Rathaus Neukölln and U Karl-Marx Str.. By bus you can reach the main station in 30 minutes. If you like to drink a beer in the evening, you only need to go to the nearby Weserstr. where there are several bars :). Shopping facilities are also nearby (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Bio Company, ... ).
