The room is small but very cozy. There is a lot of storage space in the wardrobe and under the bed. You also get a desk big, with multiple power outlets, enough to work and study. The best part of the room is the balcony, with views of trees and the neighbourhood.
You will have your own place in the Kitchen to store your things. The apartment comes with sufficient cooking utensils. There is also a microwave.
Located in Schoneweide, 12459. Walkable distance to HTW university! The nearest S Bahn is the Schoneweide and Karlshorst station. You can reach it by walk or bus/tram. The M17, 27, 37 trams are easily accesible. There is a Lidl, Edeka and Netto in walking distance. There is a lovely Italian pizzeria and Indian restaurant right next to the building.
There are 4 other roommates, all women. They are in Berlin for university/work. They are all nice people who like to cook and they are fun to get to know! The room is by a company, you can extend your stay in the building after Jan if you would like.
You will share the common spaces: Kitchen, dining area and washrooms with them. You must maintain the common areas neatly and be accomodating with the other women.
The room must be maintained with extreme care as that affects my deposit with the landlord. Any damages to the walls or furniture will have to be paid for.
The TV License fee has also been paid for! You will not need to pay it.
Other than that the room is quite nice! I have made a home for myself here the past few months and hopefully you can do the same :)
