Unsere geräumige Wohnung mit einer solide ausgestatteten, gemütlichen Wohnküche und einem Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine liegt in einem Altbau. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett + Couch + Kleiderregal). Wir haben übrigens unseren Internetprovider gewechselt und sind mit dem VDSL, das wir jetzt haben, sehr zufrieden.
Die Untermietzeit kann möglicherweise um noch einen weiteren Monat verlängert werden.
Our spacious flat with a well-equipped, cosy eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is located in an old building. The room is furnished (bed + couch + wardrobe). By the way, we have changed our internet provider and are very happy with the VDSL we now have.
The subletting period can possibly be extended by a further month.
Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es eine Tramstation (M4), von da ist es eine Station zur Ringbahn (S-Bahnstation Greifswalder Straße) bzw. in die andere Richtung sind es vier Stationen bis zum Alexanderplatz. Um die Ecke fährt auch die M10. Wir sind also bestens angebunden mit den Öffis. Ganz in der Nähe liegt der Ernst-Thälmann-Park. gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Hallenbad und eine Bibliothek.
There is a streetcar stop directly in front of the building (M4), from there it is one stop to the Ringbahn (Greifswalder Straße S-Bahn station) or four stops in the other direction to Alexanderplatz. The M10 also runs around the corner. So we are very well connected by public transport. The Ernst-Thälmann-Park is very close by and there are numerous shopping facilities, an indoor swimming pool and a library.
Deine Mitbewohner sind beide berufstätig. Der eine ist Musiker, der andere, also ich, arbeite im Sozialdienst und begeistere mich auch ganz praktisch für Theater und Film.
Wir unterhalten uns fast ausschließlich auf Englisch, weil mein Mitbewohner nur wenig deutsch kann.
Your flatmates are both working. One is a musician, the other, me, works in social services and is also very enthusiastic about theatre and film.
We talk almost exclusively in English because my flatmate only speaks a little German.
Der Mietvertrag ist befristet, weil ich das Zimmer möglicherweise ab März als Arbeitsraum benötige.
The tenancy agreement is for a limited period because I may need the room as a workspace from March.
