Nos encanta donde vivimos! Estamos ubicados en una tranquila calle residencial, pero muy cerca del transporte público y otros servicios en la zona. Efectivamente estamos a 2 minutos de la S-Bahn/Ring-Bahn y Tram Stop "Prenzlauer Allee", justo al lado de la calle Prenzlauer Allee. Hay conexiones directas de tranvía en Mitte (tomas ca. 8 minutos) de Prenzlauer Allee (justo alrededor de la esquina).

Justo en la esquina de nuestra calle tenemos un mercado de esquina que está abierto las 24 horas del día, y en la esquina tenemos BIO COMPANY, Penny, Lidl & Kaisers dentro de un paseo de 2min. Aunque una piedra se aleja de las comodidades locales, la calle donde se encuentra nuestro apartamento es residencial y se siente muy tranquilo. Un corto paseo te llevará a Stargrader donde hay muchos restaurantes, boutiques y otras tiendas. A menos de 10 minutos a pie se encuentra en la famosa Helmholzplatz, donde más pintorescas tiendas, restaurantes y bares de línea de la plaza del jardín público. Kolwitzplatz también está a poca distancia donde la cafetería, restaurantes, tiendas y posibilidades de entretenimiento son abundantes. Mercados de fin de semana en el vecindario disponibles.

El parque Ernst Thalman (también con piscina pública) está en Prenzlauer Allee, a 2 minutos a pie.

We love where we live! We are located in a quiet residential street, but very close to public transport and other amenities in the area. Effectively we are 2 min away from the S-Bahn/Ring-Bahn and Tram Stop "Prenzlauer Allee", just off the street Prenzlauer Allee. There are direct tram connections into Mitte (takes ca. 8 mins) from Prenzlauer Allee (just around the corner).

Just on the corner of our street we have a corner-market that is open 24/7, and further round the corner we have BIO COMPANY, Penny, Lidl & Kaisers within a 2min walk. Although a stones throw away from local amenities, the street where our apartment is located is residential and feels very peaceful. A short 5 walk will take you to Stargrader where there are many restaurants, boutiques and other shops. Within 10mins walk you will find yourself at the famous Helmholzplatz, where more quaint shops, restaurants and bars line the public garden square. Kolwitzplatz is also in walking distance where cafe, dining, shopping and entertainment possibilities are plenty. Weekend markets in the neighborhood available.

Ernst Thalman park (also with a public swimming pool) is on Prenzlauer Allee, a 2 minute walk away.

Nos enorgullecemos de nuestro hermoso apartamento. Es más de 100m2 en total. Cada uno tenemos un amplio dormitorio para nosotros mismos. La cocina está totalmente equipada con restaurantes y posibilidades de entretenimiento. Hay una zona sótano común que utilizamos para el espacio chill out/playtime/TV/music que se puede acceder desde la cocina. Además tenemos un baño moderno, limpio y abierto.

Hay dos compañeros de casa muy amables, animados, divertidos y limpios que se respetan entre sí y su privacidad, y de vez en cuando se cocinan entre sí y se juntan también. Es un ambiente maravilloso y armonioso. Buscamos a un compañero de cuarto frío, fácil de llevar, respetuoso, sociable, considerado y saliente. Nos gusta mantener el plano limpio y ordenado con todos los responsables después de sus propias pertenencias y la limpieza del área común es compartida. Somos profesionales internacionales, (Jasmin es del Reino Unido y está trabajando en Corporativa, y Renee es de los Países Bajos trabajando en Hospitalidad) que están a la tierra almas y atesoran buenas vibraciones dentro del hogar.

We take pride in our lovely flat. It's over 100sqm in total. We each have a spacious bedroom to ourselves. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dining/entertaining possibilities. There is a common basement area that we use for chill out/playtime/TV/music space which you can access from the kitchen. Furthermore we have a modern, clean and open bathroom.

There are two very friendly, lively, fun and clean housemates who respect each other and their privacy, and from time to time will cook for each other and hang out together too. It's a wonderful and harmonious atmosphere. We look for a roommate who is chilled, easy to get along with, respectful, sociable, considerate and outgoing. We like to keep the flat neat and tidy with everyone responsible after their own belongings and the cleaning of common area is shared. We are both international professionals, (Jasmin is from the UK and is working in Corporate, and Renee is from The Netherlands working in Hospitality) who are down to earth souls and treasure good vibes within the household.
