Das Zimmer ist für drei Wochen zu vermieten für insgesamt 480€ warm, inkl Internet.
Die Wohnung ist sonst voll ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles was gebraucht wird um sich was zu Kochen. Schmuckstück der Wohnung: wir haben einen eigenen privaten kleinen Hof, der direkt von unsere Küche zu betreten ist, hier ist es gerade im Frühling/Sommer sehr schön und grün und lädt ein auf gemütliche Grillnachmittage.

The room for rent is large, bright and cosy. 24 square metres and fully furnished, with everything you need, bed, wardrobe, desk, couch with side table and a mirror.
The room is for rent for three weeks for a total of 480€ warm, including internet.
The flat is otherwise fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Heart of the flat: we have our own private small courtyard, which is directly accessible from our kitchen, here it is very nice and green especially in spring/summer and invites you to cosy barbecue afternoons.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Du befindest dich hier mitten im Prenzlauer Berg, am schönen Kollwitzkiez, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es jede Menge Bars, Kaffees, Restaurants, Spätis etc. Der Mauerpark und Vollkspark Friedrichshain sind in 10min erreichbar zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhof, daher ruhig gelegen. Gegenüber fährt direkt die Tram M2 mit welcher du innerhalb von 6 Minuten am Alex bist, also auch wieder schnell überall angebunden.

The location couldn't be better. You're right in the centre of Prenzlauer Berg, in the beautiful Kollwitzkiez neighbourhood, with plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, late-night eateries, etc. in the immediate vicinity. The Mauerpark and Vollkspark Friedrichshain are a 10-minute walk away. The flat is in the backyard, therefore quiet. The M2 tram runs directly opposite, which takes you to Alex within 6 minutes, so you are quickly connected everywhere.
Du wohnst mit Joris und Edehem zusammen. Beide super liebe und entspannte Menschen. Joris ist 27 und Musiker. Kocht viel, und auch gerne für und mit andere. Baut sich auch gerne neue coole Möbelstücke und hängt Abends mit der WG oder Freunden ab. Edehem ist 35 und ein sehr offener und sozialer Mensch. Gerade ist er viel mit seiner Masterarbeit beschäftigt, hängt aber auch viel mit seinen Freunden ab oder geht am Wochenende mal däncen.
