The apartment is located in the middle of the popular Prenzlauer Berg area, with well reconstracted buildings and a versatile infrastructure. Located in heart of the east city, 10 minutes from Alexanderplatz. The tram M2 stop Knaackstraßeis a 3 minutes walk away. Very good connected to puböic transport. Three differnt suppermarkets are close to the apartment. Plenty of cultural event venue, restaurants and many shops are nearby.
The apartment is occupied by one retired female. Every days life is friendly and cooperative, however we live very independently and respect each others privacy.
Every one has his own food and space in the kitchen and refigerator for storage.
Languages are English and German.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited.
The kitchen is supplied with ceran cooking plate, refridgerater, freezer, dish washer, plenty of kitchen ware. Bicycle store in the back yard. Cleaning service described in this add is included in the rent.
Renting period temporarily from 3 to 6 months. Extensions are negotiable.
