Your room is approx. 25m² and is part of a spacious apartment. The room is furnished with a big bed and a wardrobe. The room is on the courtyard side and faces the south.
Bathroom and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped.
In total the apartment has 2 rooms plus 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 hallway and 1 basement.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Reinickendorf. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Bis zum U-Bahnhof "Residenzstraße" sind es nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß und mit der U-Bahn ist man in 10 Minuten in Mitte. Auch unterschiedliche Restaurants, zwei Bäcker, 1 Späti und ein Dönerplace befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Ein Waffelladen mit leckeren Waffeln und Eis ist direkt neben der Eingangstür ;)
Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich ein Penny und 10 Minuten zu Fuß ein Rewe.
The apartment is located in Reinickendorf. There is a bus stop directly in front of the main door. U-Bahn station "Residenzstraße" is in 4 minutes walking distance. You will only need about 10 minutes to Mitte.
There are also different restaurants, 2 bakeries, 1 Späti and 1 Dönerplace in short walking distance. A Waffle shop is right next to the main door :)
There is a Penny in 5 minutes and a Rewe in 10 minutes walking distance.
Da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin auszieht, bin ich (w, 31) auf der Suche nach einer Nachmieterin.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn wir auch Dinge zusammen unternehmen. Wenn aber jede ihre Zeit für sich braucht, bekommt sie diese natürlich auch.
