As the flat is a maisonette unit, you find your rooms bed+bath room (19+9sqm) on the top-floor of the building. Shared rooms are the big open kitchen as well as the bathroom on the lower level. On the upper level is a second entrance to the flat. All windows of the room are facing the quiet backyard. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower as well as a bathtub and several shelves. Both rooms are furnished.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der S-Bah Station Nödnerplatz (S5 S7 S75 + Bus 194/240), die in 7 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Die Buslinie 194/N94 färht rund um die Uhr direkt zum Hermannplatz.
In der Nähe findest Du mehrere Supermärkte (Rewe Aldi Kaufland).. sowie Post und Apotheken. Der Weitling-Kitz ist nicht touristisch und eher ruhig aber nicht weit von der Innestadt entfernt. Es gibt paar Spätis und einen kleinen Park gegenüber.

The flat is located close to sbahn station Nöldnerplatz (S5 S7 S75 + Bus 194/240). You get there within 6 minutes and its one stop east of Ostkreuz. Bus 194/N94 runs 24/7 to Hermannplatz
There are several supermarkets not far from the house (Rewe Aldi Kaufland). Post office and pharmacy are also there. The Weitling Kiez is not touristic at all. There are a couple of Spätis. You’ll also find a small park across the street.
Wir sind zwei schwule Männer mitte 30 und teilen uns dieses Zuhause seit zwei Jahren. Wir machen gerne Sport und beschäftigen uns bzw. arbeiten mit allerhand Musik, ich bin außerdem in der Pflege tätig.
Abgesehen davon dass wir uns meistens in der Küche über den Weg laufen und kochen, schauen wir auch gerne zusammen Filme und Serien. Unsere Tagesabläufe sind oft sehr unterschiedlich. Die Reinigung der gemeinschaftlichen Flächen nehmen wir ernst. Wir legen Wert auf Kommunikation und Komfort in der Wohnung. Das ist mit Konflikten, einer gemeinsamen Auseinandersetzung aber vor allem Wachstum verbunden.. und viel Humor

We are two gay guys in our mid-30s and have been sharing this flat for two years now. We like to do sports and listen to all kinds of music, and I also work in nursing.
Apart from the fact that we usually bump into each other in the kitchen and cook, we also like to watch movies and series together. Our daily routines are often very different. We take cleaning the communal areas seriously. We value communication and comfort in the apartment. This is associated with conflicts, a joint debate, but above all growth.. and a lot of humor
