Hey there :)
I am subletting my WG room in Schöneberg for 4 months. There’s an opportunity for extension. The move in & move out date can be adjusted +- 2 days.
The room is 16m^2 and everything is included in the price, including cleaning person that comes by once a week. The apartment is located on the first floor but we also have an elevator and we have a patio for the bikes.
The apartment has a huge living room (45m^2) with a beamer. There’s 2 bathrooms (+bathtub) and 2 balconies
The flat is located in a quiet, green area in Schöneberg, in Bayerisches Viertel, many U-Bahn lines are within 10 minutes walking distance (U3, U9, U4 and U7).
There’s everything you need around the corner: späti, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars etc.
A few nice parks and Kudamm for shopping are also not far.
We are good friends, the atmosphere is really nice, laid-back and respectful.
Everyone speaks German but also fluent English. Some speak Spanish and French.
FYI I’ll maybe ask you for a video introduction. Since we’re 7 people it’s easier for everyone to get to know you like that.
