The room is freshly painted and furnished with a 140x200 cm bed and a wardrobe.
If you want, a desk and desk chair can be placed in the room, as I don't need them at the moment anyway.
Please don't be surprised by the photos of the empty living room. I've just moved in myself, but I'm going to get a couch, a dining table and chairs, and a bookshelf (everything should be there by the time you move in).
The flat is a 1-minute walk from Friedrich Wilhelm Platz and is therefore right next to the U9. It is also only 5 minutes to the Ring (S + U-Bahn station Bundesplatz).
There are many supermarkets (EDEKA, Aldi, Netto, Nahkauf) and the shopping street "Schlossstraße" is only one stop away.
Of course, life in the shared flat depends on you and can be shaped together.
I think it's nice to have a chat here and there and get on well together, and I also like to do things together when the opportunity arises.
However, as I also work, I also need my peace and quiet.
