You get a contract from beginning.
A room with a big platform bed, small sofa and big closet. In front of a park, which is great to exercise
To rent from November on, it's unbefristed.Is it desired someone to live long term there so a year or so. But it goes to whoever signs up first.
You will share the apartment with another young man.Eventually you could get it to yourself the whole apt.If it's something ypu would be interested in later on.

It's 475 warm you just have to pay extra your share of the internet.Or not, it's your decision. There's a kitchen and a bathroom to be shared just with the other guy.
With anmeldung posible after the first couple of months.So you take it as a sublet but you get your contract from the landlord from the beginning and all it's in order to make your Anmeldung there. Hopefully signing up 31 Oct. or 1st Nov.
Moving in would be possible from the 4th of November. And some of my mail will still arrive there.Sorry.

10 minutes from Spandau station from there you can be in Hauptbahnhof or Potsdamer Platz in 15 minutes. So it's in Spandau but really well communicated
