Hübsches Zimmer in Berlin Wedding, möbliert, für 4 Wochen zu vermieten. Wir sind eine Dreier-Frauen-WG und wünschen uns vorzugsweise eine FLINTA*-Person. Die Lage ist zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen und Bars sind in Fußnähe. Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig.

Nice room in Berlin Wedding, furnished, for rent for 4 weeks. We are a three-women flat share and would preferably like a FLINTA* person. The location is central, shopping facilities, pubs and bars are within walking distance. The room is bright and spacious.

Die Lage ist zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen und Bars sind in Fußnähe. U-Bahn-Anbindungen sind top - U9 und U6 sind um die Ecke sowie Tram und Busse auch, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Hbf ist ebenfalls nah, zwei schöne Parks sind in der Nähe sowie die Plötze mit dem Fahrrad oder der Tram gut für einen kleinen Swim zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The location is central, shopping facilities, pubs and bars are within walking distance. Subway connections are great - U9 and U6 are around the corner as well as streetcars and buses, all within walking distance. The main station is also close by, two beautiful parks are nearby and the Plötzensee is easy to reach by bike for a little swim. Highly recommended!
Wir sind keine Zweck- WG, wir freuen uns also über Beteiligung am WG-Leben. Für einen Monat Zwischenmiete aber kein Stress, wenn deine Kapazitäten begrenzt diesbezüglich sind. Lediglich die täglich anfallenden Arbeiten werden von allen Bewohner*innen gleich getragen. Die gemeinsam genutzten Räume hinterlassen wir immer so wie wir sie vorgefunden haben.

We are not a only funcional shared flat, so we are happy to be involved in shared flat life. But no stress for a month's interim rent if your capacities are limited in this respect. Only the daily chores are shared equally by all. We always leave the shared rooms as we found them.
Viel mehr gibts nicht zu sagen. Melde dich gern, wenn du Interesse hast. Alles weitere klären wir am Telefon/per Mail. Besichtigung ist gerne in persona möglich.
