the apartment has two bedrooms and a big kitchen that is used as the communal area
It is me, Laine, and my crazy teenage dog, Blixa, living here, so you should feel comfortable with animals and a bit of a furry mess in the house :)
although I do value tidiness highly and expect the same from you !
I am currently in an Umschulung and usually out and about starting very early morning, I come home to relax and feel safe and comfortable and this is the theme we should be keeping together in the house. :)

to simplify this for both of us here is a sum up list of most important things you should note:
Guidelines: !!! at all times !!!
- the space and my dog is treated with consideration and care ! :)
- the space is kept tidy and organized
- private space and peace is mutually respected
Restrictions:
- smoking is not allowed inside unless by window directly ( inkl. weed), my balcony can be used upon request
- no non-vegan food in the kitchen !
- no parties or sleepovers
- loud music is ok upon mutual agreement only :)
