Sublet 08.03-21.04 small room 290€ + big room 380€ at Nauener Platz

We (all roommates) are on vacation and are therefore making our apartment available for this time.

It is a two-room apartment. Both rooms are bedrooms, each with a bunk bed and each also has a large desk, so also suitable for a shared flat. There is also a small kitchen and a small bathroom. The apartment is located in the side wing with a large inner courtyard. The entrance to the Nauener Platz underground station is 100 m from the front door.

The rent is 667 €/month for the whole apartment all inclusive. (electricity, gas, internet, broadcasting fee). This results in 1000 € for the specified period. The deposit is one month's rent.
The rooms can also be taken separately. Then the small room (10 m2) would be available for 290 €/month and the large room (20 m2) for 380 € and the deposit would be the same.
We have some plants that need to be watered once a week.

Appointments are today or Wednesday evening March 04 or 05. We will then confirm the apartment on March 6th in the morning and would then sign the contract, make the payment and hand over the keys on March 6th or 7th. Please have an identification document with you for the viewing. If there is more than one person, all must sign the contract.

Payment is possible in cash or via Paypal or immediate bank transfer. Deposit will be returned by 01.05.2025 at the latest.

Wir (alle Mitbewohner) sind im Urlaub und stellen daher für diese Zeit unsere Wohnung zur verfügung.

Es handelt sich um eine Zwei-Zimmer Wohnung. Beide Zimmer sind Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Hochbett und haben jeweils auch einen großen Schreibtisch, also auch WG-geeignet. Dazu kommt eine kleine Küche und ein kleines Bad. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Seitenflügel mit großem Innenhof. Der eingang zur Ubahnstation Nauener Platz ist 100 m von der Haustüre entfernt.

Die Miete beläuft sich auf 667 €/Monat für die ganze Wohnung alles inklusive. (Strom, Gas, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag). Das ergibt 1000 € für den angegebenen Zeitraum. Als Kaution wird eine Monatsmiete angesetzt.
Die Zimmer können auch seperat genommen werden. Dann wäre das kleine Zimmer(10 m2) für 290 €/Monat zu haben und das große (20 m2) für 380€ und die Kaution auch dem entsprechend.
Wir haben einige Pflanzen, die einmal die Woche gegossen werden müssen.

!!! BESICHTIGUNG !!!
Termine gibt es heute oder Mittwoch Abend den 04. oder 05. März. Zusage für die Wohnung geben wir dann am 06. März morgends und würden dann noch am 06. oder 07 März die Vertragsunterzeichnung, die Zahlung und die Schlüsselübergabe erledigen. Bitte habt zur Besichtigung ein Ausweisdokument dabei. Bei mehreren Personen müssen allen den Vertrag unterzeichen.

Zahlung ist in Bar oder per Paypal oder per sofortiger Überweisung möglich. Kaution gibt es bis spätesten am 01.05.2025 wieder zurück.
