Big furnished room with two windows.
Furniture includes a double bed, big desk, one drawers, two-person sofa, one-person sofa, and closet.
You will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with two other guys.
I also have a monitor free for use and I will leave blankets pillow towel and linen for you to stay comfortably in the room.
Please make sure the room is clean and washed the sheets before you return the room :)
7 minutes away from Uban Pankstrasse(U8) and 10 minutes away from Oslorstrasse(U8+U9). If you want to walk to Gesunndbrunn it's only 12 minutes.
Very close to Humbolthain, so if you like walking are jogging, that's the right place to go.
Bonus for climber, because it's very close to magic mountain and the bunker ^_<
There are two Rewe, a Lidle and a Kaufland in the area that's nice walking distance in 5-10 minutes.
My flatmate is currently traveling so your current flatmate, when you stay in my room would be his subletee. He's calm, respectful.
This room is intended for a 6 months sublet first and there's potential for extension.
