I am looking to sublet a 15m² room from the beginning of December (slightly earlier would be possible) - this would be until the end February (move out date could be flexible, an extra month also possible). The rooms' windows are all south-facing and on the 3rd floor - the whole flat is nice and bright.

In addition to the bathroom (with bath and shower, sink and toilet etc.), the communal area is a large kitchen with a seating area and table. The kitchen has electric cooker and oven and is fully-equipped with dishwasher, sink, fridge and freezer. There is also a washing machine.
The balcony (attached to kitchen) looks out onto a large, leafy, quiet garden.

The flat is in Wedding, in between Osloerstr. U-Bahn (U8, U9) and Nauenerplatz U-bahn (U9) - just a few minutes walk from each.
I can give the precise address when you come to visit.
There are plenty of grocery shopping options close by, ranging from a large supermarket to small stall selling vegetables. There are also a few nice bars within a short walk.
My name is Michael, I'm from England and I've been in Berlin for 9 years. I work as a bike mechanic and am a friendly and open-minded person. I enjoy reading and cooking (as well as cycling!) - bars, clubs and dancing are also fun too!
Sadly, my lovely flatmate is away and I'm hoping to share the space with someone nice for a little while.
