Hi all :)
For March 2025 a furnished 10m2 room in first floor room in a small house with garden in Neu-Tempelhof is available. The room has a double bed, desk, chair, mirror, shelves and hanging space for clothing.
Bathroom and kitchen are shared with all flatmates.
*The room is available due to current flatmates' holidays, so an extension of the rent is not possible.
The WG is within walking distance of:
- Tempelhofer Feld (5')
- U6 (10')
- S Bahn Sudkreuz (20')
- Buses 140, 248, M43, N6.
- Close to Penny, Eurogida, Rewe.
The area is quiet and well connected.
The WG is composed of 2 other flatmates, working, early 30s. Ideally we would be interested in someone around the same age range. The house has small private rooms and generous common areas, so we look for a person who is open to hang out/share spaces. Even though we spend a lot of time together, we still always try to respect the other flatmates' boundaries, including general tidiness/hygiene and usual resting hours. (We have a shared house cleaning schedule that rotates biweekly, shared things and spaces need to be left ok for the rest after using them.)
